and its only for advanced sadhaks and not for beginners as shabar mantra are ugra in nature and this is a hanuman mantra

regarding sadhna vidhan its

start from any tuesday
worship hanuman all the time according to your capacity except sadhna
chant 11 malas daily in night
maintain all rules used in hanuman upasna
worship lord ram maa sita and shri laxman along with guru ganesh and panch pramukh dev
maintain bramacharya during sadhna
eat satvik food only and if possible eat only once
do not use harsh words and harbor malefic intentions

sadhna is simple but tough to accomplish

after successful completion of sadhna lord hanuman will give you darshan and bless you with ashirwad do not ask for small things be it materialistic

he will help you in your good tasks and your problems in either way pratyaksh or apratyaksh

daily visit temple twice
chant hanuman gayatri mantra 108 times 3 times a day
chant siddhi vinayak mantra 108 times 3 times a day
worship lord rama and chant his name in free time
recite ram raksha stotra daily 11 times for trouble free routine and overall protection
do daan punya and satkarm

before starting such sadhnas of any devi devta you should do your isht dev jap 12 lakh times at least and ganesh mantra sadhna also some paap nashak sadhnas so that full success is ensured in all tasks
